High school
The HORS-PISTE anxiety prevention program is an initiative of the Centre RBC d’expertise universitaire en santé mentale destiné aux enfants, aux adolescents et adolescentes et aux jeunes adultes. Since 2020, the CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre has put together a support team specifically dedicated to launching the HORS-PISTE program. The team is responsible for rolling out the program across Québec, in partnership with health and social services institutions and schools, with a focus on integrating services from within the youth mental health continuum. The team is also tasked with helping institutions to introduce the program in high schools, working proactively to adapt it to the reality of the different parts of Québec.
