DESCRIPTION:À qui cela s’adresse-t-il ? Cette communauté de pratique est offerte à l’ensemble des animateurs et animatrices des ateliers HORS-PISTE auprès d’élèves de classes d’adaptation scolaire. \nQuel est le contenu ? Cette communauté de pratique se veut un espace d’échange qui vise à : \n\nCréer un espace de réseautage et de collaboration entre les personnes impliquées dans le déploiement et l’animation du programme HORS-PISTE dans les classes d’adaptation scolaire.\nFavoriser le partage de connaissances\, de pratiques inspirantes\, d’expériences et d’outils en lien avec l’animation du programme HORS-PISTE auprès des jeunes ayant des besoins particuliers.\nRéfléchir à des enjeux communs et coconstruire des pistes de solution.\n\nNous vous rappelons que l’implantation du programme HORS-PISTE est gratuite ainsi que le matériel d’animation. \nPour vous inscrire\, cliquez ici et vous recevrez un courriel de confirmation d’inscription avec le lien pour la rencontre.   \nPour organiser une rencontre de planification afin d’implanter le programme à votre école et avoir accès au contenu du matériel d’animation\, écrivez-nous à programme.horspiste.cisssmc16@ssss.gouv.qc.ca
