Anxiety in young people is increasingly recognized as an issue on which we must act as a society. The OFF-TRAIL program enables us to do just that. By developing psychosocial skills and promoting psychological well-being, this free program aims to prevent anxiety disorders and other adjustment disorders, from preschool right up to the post-secondary level. Built around evidence-based practices and evaluated by an interdisciplinary team of researchers, the OFF-TRAIL program is an initiative of the Centre RBC d’expertise universitaire en santé mentale, and was developed in collaboration with a hundred or so players from schools, regional health boards, community organizations and universities. Parents and young people also took part in its co-construction. It’s a great way to equip young people to meet the challenges they face and improve their well-being!
